She is incredibly knowledgeable, explains what she's doing and why, and gives clear recommendations for moving forward and future maintenence that is specific to you and your skin. She is also friendly, warm and inviting, and very professional! I'll definitely be going back for additional services in the future! And she has products that she makes as well!
